I. Prepare the engine
1. Check the engine oil level (the oil level must be within the permitted range of the oil gauge) and the oil quality. Oil suitable for use conditions in Vietnam should be 15W40 or 20W / 50.
2. Check engine coolant, if it is lacking, add it immediately (the cooling water level is allowed within the Min-Max line of the auxiliary water tank) for JAC the water tank located behind the cabin is easy to check. Check, when additional need to use clean water, use additional cooling solution.
3. Check the diesel oil level, avoid air oil condition adversely affecting hand pump and the entire fuel system. Choosing to use high quality diesel oil, do not mix water in diesel oil will cause serious damage to high pressure pumps and injectors.
4. Is the steam system sufficient pressure test? Does oil, gear oil, lubricant oil leak or not? If there is a phenomenon of leakage should be corrected immediately.
5. Check the intake meter, cycle indicator, water temperature, oil pressure ... all kinds of ABS sensors (if any), air filter switch, warning warning, danger, ensure equipment Electricity, indicator light in normal operating condition.
II. Start the engine
1. At start-up, place the manual gear at N (mo).
2. When the ambient temperature is low, the heater needs to be heated, so the diesel oil is too cold to start.
3. When starting absolutely, do not step on the accelerator pedal, leave the engine running in Garanty mode or low speed without idle for 3-5 minutes before accelerating.
4. Each time to start the engine, if the engine does not explode, pay attention not to exceed 10 seconds, the distance between two starts at least 1 minute, if starting more than 3 consecutive times without the engine exploding, be sure to check. investigate the cause and resolve it before restarting.
5. Observe the parameters on the dashboard, the indicator lights to immediately detect incidents (if any).

III. Motor operation
1. The appropriate coolant temperature is in the range of 60-90oC, operate the car from number 1 and increase the number in order, when accelerating, you must step on the gas pedal steadily, not throttle, jerky.
2. Engine oil pressure in proper garanty state is 0.2 ~ 0.6 Mpa. When the oil pressure indicator light is too low, the water cools, there is an abnormal noise or any unintended phenomenon, immediately stop the vehicle for inspection and repair. If the vehicle is in serious trouble, it must be used in an ambulance, not operated while the engine is still in trouble.

IV. Turn off the phone
1. When turning off the engine, the engine should be set to garanty mode for 3-5 minutes then turn off the engine, do not turn off the machine suddenly at high speed rotation.
2. After stopping the machine, conduct inspection and handle problems that have occurred during operation.
Other important inspections
1. Observe the entire exterior and interior of the vehicle to promptly detect damage to the cockpit, trunk, windshield, rearview mirror, number plate, glass lifting mechanism, up and down doors, and engine. , frames, tweezers, tires and tire pressure, lifting mechanisms (if any) and trailer towing equipment, etc.
2. Check the electrical system: battery, the accuracy of the clock, the indicator light on the dashboard, signal light, headlight, core, brake light, horn, wiper, glass washing mechanism ...
3. Checking the steering system: Free-running of the steering wheel, the working status of the power steering, the steering level of the steering gear
4. Check the brakes: The free travel of the brake pedal, the working status and tightness of the brake system (air lines, brake bowls) adjust the brakes if it is unsafe.
5. Check the stability of engines, assemblies, components and other systems (fuel supply, lubrication, cooling, main transmission, ben lifting systems, etc.).
6. Check if the water tank has water, then drain it all, check the fuel tank, discharge residue, water in the fuel filter bulb ....

I. Engine.
1. Check the overall outside and rely on the specific operating situation of the engine for maintenance.
2. Replace coarse filter (water separator) for fuel, fine filter, engine oil filter if it is due for replacement. Particularly for Euro III and IV models using electronic injectors, though not yet to be replaced, if there is a dirty filter warning, they must be replaced immediately, avoiding unfortunate damage.
3. Check the fuel oil tank, if there is dirt, wash it.
4. Check, tighten the bolts, machine cover bolts, trigger, inflatable, tripod, clutch cover, suction pipe, exhaust pipe and other joints.
5. Remove, check to clean the air filter, if the filter is due to replace or dirty, it must be replaced immediately.
6. Replace engine lubricating oil.
7. Clean the surface of radiator, booster tank, air-conditioning rig, radiator fins, outer surface of engine, clutch cover.
8. Check the operation status of the cooling system, the tightness of the tank or the connectors in the system, the thermostatic valve, if there is a lot of dirt in the radiator spokes, it is necessary to rinse the tank.
9. Check, adjust the heat gap if necessary, the tension of motor drive belt
10. Check the water pump shaft drive, drive pulley ...
11. Check Xupap, piston group, cylinder, cylinder if needed.
12. Check the continuity of the front sleeve bushing, mandrel shaft if necessary.
13. Check the fuel supply system, pipelines, fuel tanks, tighten connections, racks, check the tightness of the entire system, the operation status of the control devices. Fuel supply system.
II. Weichai, Xichai engine high pressure pumps.
1. Check and tighten high pressure pump bracket, nozzle, fuel filter, fuel supply pipes, gas pedal bracket.
2. Check the nozzle, high pressure pump if necessary put on specialized equipment for calibration.
3. Check the operation of the high-pressure pump control mechanism, governor, if necessary, adjust the fuel injection starting point of the high pressure pump.
4. Let the engine start, check the engine's exhaust gas, adjust the idle speed according to the standards, combat environmental pollution.
III. Power system
• Check the entire electrical system, fastening the connector plugs to the starter, transmitter, control panel, meter and other parts.
• Clean battery exterior, vent holes. Check the voltage, check the level, the concentration of the solution if missing, if needed, rinse and recharge batteries. Start the polarity, battery holder, for dry battery need to check the eye of each compartment.
• Adjust the generator drive belt tensioner.
• Check the fuse box, all lights, if damaged, must be replaced. Adjust the lighting of the headlights, remains suitable. For each fuse board, there are redundant fuses, if necessary, it should be replenished in case of need for replacement.
• Check switches and contact points to make sure the electrical system operates stably.
IV. Clutch, gear box, cardan shaft (Taper 430 used for gearboxes 10JSD, 12JSD)
• Check, adjust the clutch pedal, return spring and free play of the pedal.
• Check couplings, actuators, and clutch drives. Check the tightness of the system and the effect of the drive system, tighten the clutch pedal bracket.
• Check clutch wear. If worn beyond the permissible standards, it is necessary to replace immediately to avoid affecting the pressing table and flywheel.
• Tighten tightening of gearbox bolts, gear clutch coupling bolts, cardan shafts. Clean the surface of gearbox, clutch, card.
• Check the speed of sand flanges, cross-type bearings and hanging ball bearings for vehicles using 2 or more card joints.
• Overall inspection of normal operation of clutches, gear boxes, posts, if defective, must be adjusted. The oil and grease barriers must be tight.
• Check the amount of oil in the gearbox or clutch. If missing must add.
• Pump grease into all the grease glands of the gearing mechanism, gear shift, sand shaft….
V. Bridge proactive, main transmission
• JAC-VTRUCK mainly uses bridges BENZ, STYER, MAN AK 459, 469 ...

• Check the amount of oil in the active bridge casing and the gearboxes using reducer, if it is missing, it must be replenished, if it is due, it must be replaced periodically
• For Man AK459 Bridge, 469 has a self-lubricating bearing design, so the oil change time for Man Bridge is from 70,000 to 100,000 km
• Especially for the Bridge of JAC-VTRUCK, the order of 300,000km for a new one must be serviced once, so normal maintenance before 30,000 Km is not required to maintain the trailer.
BECAUSE. Front axle and steering system
1. Check the precision of the guide wheels, the wear of tires. If necessary, reverse the tread position.
2. Lubricating grease pump for grease system
3. Check the front axle beam or the front wheel axles, the pitch of the roller bearings, change grease, adjust according to standards. If the rotor is large, it must be replaced.
4. Check the entire working of the steering system, steering gear, steering pump, oil pipes, oil cooler coils, etc.
VII. Brake system
1. Check steam pressure, working status of air compressor, brake valve, safety valve.
2. Check and tighten the connection of the steam pipe. Ensure sealed, no leakage in the entire system.
3. Remove the drum, check the drum, the pads and brake pads, brake discs, spring springs, brake wheels, brake-mount racks, peach pin latches, the brake wheel bearing. If loose, tighten. If worn too standard to replace.
4. Adjust the clearance between the drum, brake disc and brake pads, travel and free play of the brake pedal.
5. Check the effectiveness of handbrake, tighten the brackets. If need to readjust.
6. Check and evaluate the effectiveness of the brakes.
VIII. Motion system, suspension and chassis
1. Check chassis (fenders), fenders, tweezers, tweezers latch support bracket, tweezers, optical tweezers, tweezers, melted bolts, tweezers locking bolts. If the buckets deviate, they must be adjusted again. If liquid must fasten, clean, paint and store grease as prescribed.
2. Check the effect of shock absorber, tighten the shock absorber bolt. Check the rubber support. If broken, must be replaced.
3. Check wheels, wheels and tires, including spare tires. Inflate the tire to standard pressure, turning the tire if necessary. Remove hard objects that lead or stick to the tire.
IX. Cabin GALLOP A, K3 and K7, trunks
1. Checking and cleaning the cockpit, windshield, door, window, rearview mirror, seat cushions, cabin lifting mechanism and lubricating oil at the specified points. Tighten the cockpit capture bolts with chassis. Check ventilation system.

2. Check the tank, the walls, the padlock into the pedestal, the lock, the door hinge, the side door, optical side sub chassis with the main chassis, bolts to catch beams, steps up and down, fenders. If loose, tighten.
X. Hydraulic system
1. Check the lifting, lowering mechanism, safety and tightness of connectors, oil pipelines. The stable working of hydraulic lifting system.
2. Check the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank. If missing must add more. Replace oil, change filter according to regulations.
3. Checking cables and safety devices for truck mounted cranes
4.For concrete mixer truck, special attention should be paid to the hydraulic system of the mixing tank, to regularly check the tightening of screw shaft, hydraulic pump, hydraulic drawer, oil leakage test. After each shift, it is necessary to clean the inside of the mixing drum, avoid sticking to the concrete inside and outside the mixing tank, pump the grease fully into the two mixing tanks, the transmission mechanism, the control of the mixing tank.
5. The maintenance content for specific systems, assemblies must follow JAC-VTRUCK technical instructions.
• For all types of trailers, they need to be serviced before being put into use. During use, it is necessary to periodically check every 3 to 6 months (or possibly according to the maintenance schedule of tractors)
